We replaced a builder’s grade heat pump with a high efficiency Bosch system. Through rebates and tax credits we got this system for the same cost as a less efficient one. The team at Big Wave were very knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely pleased with our new system. We highly recommend them for all of your heating and A/C needs.
Had a new house built last year. Big wave HVAC did all the HVAC work. Already found multiple careless mistakes by there techs. Dehumidifier in crawl space was leaking, they never plugged in the igniter for the furnace (so I know they didn’t even test that out), and finally my upstairs unit I’ve found there no spot for a return filter. Not at the unit or grills (the grills are not hinged for a filter either). I understand some people my have good experiences with them but I have not been impressed.
