Always an exceptional experience. The entire care team is responsive, courteous and relational. Going to the Dr.s can often feel like a transactional experience; get you in and get you out. This is not the experience in Smyrna. The team at Smyrna continues to focus on holistic, patient centered care! Dr. Castro is the best primary care physician in the business!

I love Dr. Earley. She listens and gets the job done.
But the experience at the front desk...
The poor woman had her first day and she was solo at the front desk. She was highly frantic and stressed out. Kind puts stress on the patients.
I don't understand how medical places are so short staffed and can't get more admins into a busy place like this.
In the past it's been pretty empty in the waiting room.

Doctor is kind and listens. Wants my input on what I think. Don't like the memory testing. I get nervous than remember every detail after I leave. I don't think giving me 3 words to remember then told to repeat at end of exam is necessary. Don't mind writing name, birth date, the day, or clock. Those should be important. We all have brain misses once in a while. Had them all my life. Grew up abused so I learned to turn off my brain to protect myself when scared or nervous.
