Today, HVAC technician, Nick Lane came to my home to diagnose my split AC/ heater unit, which was bot functional.
He was very polite, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what was wrong with the unit and the best option; which is replacement.
I phoned and texted him after he left with additional questions; he was patient, professional and answered my concerns quickly!
I have had service work and inspections done with F.H. Furr and I have had nothing but expert, professional experiences. Today I had safety inspections and general inspections on my plumbing and electrical system. The techs were very knowlegable and professional. They answered all of my questions and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I will be trusting my home and the vital components of it to F.H. Furr as long as I am here. I recommend F.H. Furr to anyone who is in need of a checkup before winter. They have a great program where you can get free inspections on electric, HVAC, and plumbing to members.
