After purchasing a vacation home in Bayside, we realized we needed to find someone local for some repairs and changes to our home. We were very fortunate to find Jim Sanderson. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he takes pride in his workmanship, he is meticulous, and has our complete trust! Two weeks ago when the 15 inches of snow and below freezing temperatures hit, we lost our furnace. Luckily, Jim was there to represent us with the HVAC company we have a service agreement with. He actually guided them on how to fix the problem with the newly installed furnace and exhaust issues. We trust him with overseeing our home away from home. If you need someone who is prompt, honest, knowledgable, meticulous and kind, this is the company you need.
