Eastern Porch and Patio is an excellent company. I am not one to post reviews very often. In this situation I feel it necessary to praise Eastern Porch and Patio and their staff especially Mark and Ian who go above and beyond. After getting multiple estimates, not only were they the best cost, but also the most honest and responsive! Now even after installation they still are there whenever a question arises or a repair are needed!

Gave a deposit for a fence installation Communication was horrible. I was even told by Jake when I bypassed his cell phone and called the company number directly to reach him”I was blowing up his phone “when Jake Never answered one message and they failed to show up on several Scheduled dates to perform the service. I also requested an estimate on New porch railing and was told three or four times someone would come and they never showed up. Warning read the bad reviews they’re true Customer Service is horrible. Had to go to the shop and get my money back and still heard 1,000,001 excuses from Jake. If he knew the weather was throwing him off, he should’ve contacted me and let me know I specifically took time off work to be in Maryland to have this job done when I own my own business in New Jersey don’t use them.

The installers were very nice and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was level and installed properly and cleaned the area when finished. It’s good to see someone take pride in in their work.

We had new vinyl railings installed on our front porch which are beautiful and so much sturdier than the old ones. And we had old decking replaced - wonderful job.
