We called on a Wednesday for an estimate. We were provided that offer over the phone due to the size of our place. Appointment was set for Friday of that same week. Our service technician was Kevin originally from Philly, I’m sorry that I did not get his last name. The guy was 15 minutes early +++ in my book. He was so very knowledgeable and said he had 30 years of experience in this type of work. He proceeded to clean our carpet which we thought was a total loss, because Our condo was formally a rental unit. My experiences with Brasure’s Carpet have been fantastic. Each person I have come in contact with is knowledgeable and helpful. From the receptionist, the manager to the gentleman who transport your rug, all are positive and helpful. Brasure’s also has fixed an oriental rug that was very special to me. They are excellent at getting the tough spots and smell that a dog can have on a carpet. I highly recommend this company.

I had Brasure’s Carpet Care out to clean our rugs, furniture and for the first time clean the kitchen tile and grout. Shawn was on time, extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable about his job. We started off walking around and Shawn would point things out and asked if I had any questions which I did not and he started staging his gear to minimize his opening of the door. Plus Shawn noticed my Marine Corps flag flying and he thanked me for my service. Shawn protected all the corners he was going to be going around, laid down floor protectors and got to work.
