Best spot in the south bay to get nails done! I had them do my nails prior to my engagement and I couldn't be happier. My nails didn't chip for 2 weeks and I just got regular gel. Will be coming back! Make an appt because they can get busy. Paula did my nails and really listened to what I was hoping for.

I came in for a pedicure because it was only one of the few salons still open in dt rwc. Harrison was amazing and gave me a great spa pedicure. The service and price are great.

Natalie's Salon is the best on the peninsula! I came here in December of 2023 for a Gel X set and came back three times for a fill and every time they did amazing. Fast forward to today, I had them taken off and Natalie kept my natural nail looking so good - and can we have a moment for the pink color!

Natalie Salon offers a pleasant, comfortable and clean environment in which to spend the time it takes for the completion of my services. I have been a client of Tina (Christina) for many years; she's friendly, personable and a great manicurist. She helps me with gel color decisions when I want to try something different and need advice. I highly recommend this salon and the services of Tina!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Natalie Salon Rating: WORST HAIR SALON My recent visit to Natalie Salon left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I went in with hopes of achieving a light brown hair color, only to come out with a jet dark brown shade that looks closer to jet black. It was a disaster! Firstly, the stylist seemed unaware of what she was doing. Despite clearly communicating my desired hair color, I received an entirely different result that was not even close to what I had envisioned. This lack of expertise and attention to detail was highly disappointing. To make matters worse, the incorrect color left my hair damaged. I had to spend a significant amount of money at another salon to fix the mess created by Natalie Salon. It was an unnecessary additional expense that could have been avoided had their staff been competent in their work. Furthermore, it became apparent that Natalie Salon primarily focuses on nails rather than other services they advertise. This misrepresentation in their advertising is deceptive and misleading. It seems that they prioritize their nail services, while neglecting the quality and expertise in other areas, such as hair styling. I genuinely hope that Natalie Salon ceases their unethical practices and stops taking advantage of hardworking individuals by providing subpar services. It is disheartening to see customers being ripped off and left dissatisfied with their experience. In conclusion, my overall experience at Natalie Salon was extremely negative. The lack of skill and attention to detail resulted in an incorrect hair color and subsequent damage to my hair. I strongly advise against visiting this salon if you're seeking quality hair care services. Save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere for a reliable and professional salon experience. I've tried a handful of the nail salons around downtown RWC and Natalie's Salon is definitely my favorite. They have the best color selection by far, and everyone there is so great. On several occasions I have shown them a photo of a nail art design I wanted to do, and they have done an excellent job! Especially Paula, who did these fun holiday nails for me. I recently started doing dip powder rather than gel, and they do an excellent job with that as well. I would definitely recommend this salon for a mani/pedi!

I don't even know where to start. So first, I call ahead and ask for an appointment, I told the lady at the front if I can do an acrylic full set and she says yes. I sit down and I tell the lady I want acrylic coffin full set. She Preps my nails and burns and cuts me about 4 times. You'd think after the first two times you would be more careful. She begins to do dip, which is about 60 starting that's what is says in their pricing. Acrylic is 55-75. Ok I told her I wanted nothing on it just clear because I was going to go home and put on my own design because I felt they would not be able to do what I wanted in terms of stickers/ color (which I had at home) I told her to fix it and this is how it ended up fixed. Ugly, lumpy, thick, misshapen, you can't even tell it's coffin. I go to the front and I explain it to the woman at the cashier and she tells me it's $75?! For this?? It wasn't even acrylic, she did dip powder. I asked for Natalie and they said she was on vacation, which I notice happens a lot and whenever she is, I receive Poor service. I told them I would gladly pay what they asked but if they genuinely thought this work was worth $76? She said yes! She took a picture of my nails to "show Natalie" and tried to joke and take a picture of my face? Which I then put my hands up and told her no thank you as she laughed. She took my number down and said she will have Natalie call me when she returns ( I doubt it) will NEVER go back and to not recommend this place at all. I used to come when I was in High school and it's definitely lost it's touch.
