Terry was excellent and very welcoming to new students. The other participants were also kind and helpful. Really enjoyable to try this style of yoga in such a welcoming environment!
Wonderful teachers, wonderful classes. The teachers are very welcoming and professional, present and helpful. They have many hours of professional yoga teacher training. You can expect the best from them.
I miss the yoga instructors in this place. They make you feel comfortable in learning about body mechanics!This place saved me from shelling out $$$$$ to a chiropractor! My only wish is that they are with me here in Ohio!
