Wonderful teachers, wonderful classes. The teachers are very welcoming and professional, present and helpful. They have many hours of professional yoga teacher training. You can expect the best from them.

I miss the yoga instructors in this place. They make you feel comfortable in learning about body mechanics!This place saved me from shelling out $$$$$ to a chiropractor! My only wish is that they are with me here in Ohio!

Great for beginners, experts and everything in between. Style of yoga they teach is gentle and mindful but with big results in relieving tightness or stress. If you have been wanting to try yoga but afraid of those classes taught in gyms that are more strenuous - go here. You will love it
