I’ve had several sessions with Travis Stevens and he is terrific. We take time to discuss any issues I’m having and then he tailors the session to address them. I’d been having pain in my shoulder and neck and I felt relief after just one treatment!! It gets even better after each treatment and he’s found other areas that needed work in my back.
The studio is cozy and extremely clean, love the smell of lavender products throughout the rooms. And the heated massage lotion is a nice touch. Highly recommend One Spirit and Travis, my new go to place for total relaxation.

Reviews
Fantastic experience! My fiancé and I went for a relaxing massage for a getaway weekend and we were thrilled with our massage therapists. Lisa and Terri did a wonderful job. 10/10 would recommend!
Travis was excellent. Listened to my concern and suggested modalities that would work best. I left feeling excellent. He also took his time to explain stretches that I should continue to work on at home.
I booked while on vacation. I knew that after a long drive, a new bed, I was going to need a massage. Travis did not disappoint!
