Andrew the owner was quick to answer my call for help. Came out right away understanding the unfortunate hot weather we have been having and my ac unit not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem gather the part needed and completed the service call promptly. I highly recommend Needham Heating and Air and plan to use them again.

Great experience. Mr Needham answered my call and responded quickly. He understood the issue immediately and helped us plan how to fix our broken AC unit. Much better than calling some of the larger contractors in the area.
