Not great. Normally we had a great experience here. We rented a condo and the dryer didn't work. In August I unfortunately had to witness a "Karen " event with a woman ripping a sweet girl and her dog for being off lead. She didn't know. I called the "Karen " out the next morning. Again she went cray-cray

This is a good location. Close to beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. It is a long walk but a nice bike ride and easy car ride. The pool is really nice here, lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Beautiful complex with ponds. We'll maintained. Our townhouse that we rented was very nice.

This is a beautiful place to stay in if you're on vacation in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. There's so much shopping nearby, there's the beach, and the place has a pool. The apartments are clean and well-organized, and even allow dogs. We bought our dogs, and it made a pleasant experience. The place is super pretty. A few quibbles. My bed was hard, and uncomfortable. I had trouble sleeping. The showers were a bit tricky to use in the beginning, but later easily manageble. You have to turn the shower dial aldeway around for hot water. The drawers in my room, were hard to pull out, to stock clothes. However, this still is a nice place to stay, and very relaxing!
