She helped us in selecting materials and design for both our projects. Once construction started our project manager Joe was an absolute gem in keeping the trades on track and keeping us in the loop on progress. Invariably questions arise during the project, Robin and Joe were always on top of needs and timely with their responses. Ferris Home Improvements created a magnificent bathroom remodel for my home! Every detail was completed with the utmost care. There was always someone from the organization available to answer my questions and listen to my input. The finished project exceeded my expectations!
