Reception and clinical professionals create a welcoming and competent patient experience.
However, time spent with physician providers seems rushed, lacking time for questions and progress updates.
Love this place! Waiting room is spacious and comfortable . Greeted with friendly people at each stop from the moment we came in until we were through. Drs and techs were very professional, and friendly. I've found my new eye drs!
I met with Abby for eye measurements- she was very professional, answered my questions and set up a followup appointment with Dr. Belson to discuss final surgical procedures. I am looking forward to my cataract surgery- my experience at the DE Eye Institute so far has been terrific! Thank you!
