I have been going to see Tien for almost 9 years. He is always willing to find a way to accommodate my crazy schedule. He is professional and does a great job. I wouldn't think about going elsewhere as long as he is there.

I had a bad experience with another hair salon and was looking for someone to clean up the mess they made of my hair. I stopped into Cost Cutter and Maddy took at look at the damage and assured me that she could get my hair back in shape so I could stop wearing a hat to hide my head. She and I looked over colors and spoke about how I wanted it cut. When she finished I could not have been happier. The color is just what I wanted and the cut is great! In addition to Maddy, everyone here was warm and welcoming. I have found my new go to place in Rehoboth! I can put my hat back on the shelf! Thanks Maddy and the wonderful staff at Cost Cutter! I had a great experience with Jean. She gave me a great haircut and advise me on coloring. She’s quite an expert with over 34 years experience, including owning her own salon. She’s a certified colorist so I took a chance and she did a fantastic job. And, I think the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend her.Services: Haircut
