Two very knowledgeable and professional experts resolved my issue in minutes, answered some other questions I had and set me up on a maintenance program to stay on top of any future issues. I called and left a message for Clark services and Brittany S returned my call promptly. She was nice and helpful and had someone to the house that day! Honestly, I was so surprised at same day service. Ryan Maclay was the technician dispatched. When the tech was assigned, I received a text message that he was on his way. In addition to the message, there was a picture of the technician as well. GREAT security feature! Ryan was great. Not only did he get my a/c unit running, he also showed me some things about the inside unit and even marked my breaker for the air handler.
