Excellent service from CES Commercial Equipment Services. Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable commercial equipment service!
We've been with CES for about 5 years now. We do have a maintenance agreement with them. Benjamin always responds to my texts or calls which I am thankful for. We've had multiple issues with our oven, always at a time when we have an event scheduled, and Benjamin has gone out of his way to come when requested.
I took off one star because the company is small and they don't answer their phones, so you have to text or email to schedule your own maintenance.
Ben from CES Commercial Equipment Services is amazing! Our heater went out and we thought it was just the pilot light! We asked Ben to pop over & take a look when he had a free minute. He dropped what he was doing and came over to diagnose that our problem was a little bit more than the pilot light being out. Ben immediately got on the phone and ordered the part and then installed it without hesitation. He wouldn't even charge us. This is a truly hard working reliable man and runs his company like a well oiled machine.
