After calling around to multiple fireplace companies closer to my home in Maryland in search for a particular piece for my fireplace, I broadened my search and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Bill. He told me that although he did not stock it (and went on to tell me nobody does - except large online suppliers), he actually had a the piece gently used from a retrofit job he did and told me that I could have it free of charge. He sent me a picture of where it was located outside his shop and I went by to grab it. Fabulous sales and service. We had a pellet stove (photo) installed in our living room and electric fireplace in the basement. TFS was able to source and install in a few weeks. When we thought we had a problem with operations, the owner came out the same day (our operator error). With all the challenges of COVID, supply chains and the growth in Delmarva, TFS exceeded my expectations.
Bill, the technician, was prompt and thoroughly professional. Time with him is a mini master class on how (and even when) to use your fireplace.Bill saved me hundreds of dollars that I intended to spend...until I talked to him. He even found my prefab fireplace manual online and texted the link to me.I couldn't have asked for a better inspector and intend to use That Fireplace exclusively in the future.
