Nathan did a great job fixing 2 non working laptops. Both needed new drives. One was able to use windows 11 but the other could only get windows 20. I did have to go back to have one of the PCs install my wife's information. That was my bad so I'm very happy and now have 2 working laptops. Thanks Nathan.
