I came to Custom Fit 360 after seeing Erik on local television talking about the remote training they offer. I live 30-40 minutes away from the closest gym and I wanted to begin working with a trainer to get ready for an upcoming vacation.I am beyond happy with this program!! Erik customizes workouts in accordance with my goals and makes them fun as well!I also take part in nutrition counseling. I am a vegan and, Erik paired me up with Kelly, who follows a diet similar to mine.The combination of two programs is amazing. They focus on the whole person; body, mind and spirit. CF360 has been the perfect training facility for me. In the past year, I’ve dropped to a weight not seen in over 40 years, am now exercising 4 days a week/2-3 hours per day utilizing 4 different trainers, and am finally applying nutritional advice to myself, that I’d shared with my students for years.The classes are well designed and there is an amazing range of styles of personal training available. I get comments from fellow trainees on my transformation, and credit my trainer, Bryanna MacDonald for inspiring me to take this journey.I can honestly state, that I’ve never met this “version” of me before.
