I currently live in a mid-construction Freeman residential community. The community should be beautiful, but there are a number of challenges and common spaces that do not rise to the level portrayed by the online commitments. Unfortunately, the reality does not align with how the company portrays itself. I currently live in Tidewater Landing, and the community was built with more than 30 awkward, miscellaneous and misshapen spaces where there is no landscaping and no good plan for such. I currently live in a mid-construction Freeman residential community. The community should be beautiful, but there are a number of challenges and common spaces that do not rise to the level portrayed by the online commitments. Unfortunately, the reality does not align with how the company portrays itself. I currently live in Tidewater Landing, and the community was built with more than 30 awkward, miscellaneous and misshapen spaces where there is no landscaping and no good plan for such. We have begged and pleaded with the Freeman organization to make amends. After much begging by numerous members of our community, Freeman performed some band-aid fixes to some of these eyesore spaces, but the minimalist attempt has failed miserably. As a community, we spent a great deal of time and money and presented Freeman with a plan to improve the embarrassing spaces we live amongst, but, to date all requests for responses have been completely ignored. My husband and I only wish that Freeman will make right on their commitment to us as residents of a Freeman Community.
