Zen Den is magic! During massages with Jen, I fall into a deep meditative state. She somehow makes me feel like all the stress and negative energy exits my body, and leaves me feeling grounded and clear. This is not a traditional massage IMO! She has an incredible ability to "reset" me physically, mentally and emotionally. The space is calming, comfortable and nurturing. Strongly recommend for anyone needing to relax, reset, or reground!

Jen is fantastic. She really knows her stuff! I was dealing with some knee pain and she helped identify the problem and encouraged me to see a specialist. She’s very intuitive about which areas of the body need the most work and attention. I highly recommend Zen Den!

I needed someone to help relieve post accident pain following an auto collision.
