This is a 12-month review from August 1, 2024 through August 1, 2025 for Team 9, with Sofia as the crew leader. Every weekly cleaning has been very satisfactory. The crew is respectful and personable. They check all the boxes which counts for the excellent rating. Additionally, they are conscientious with fulfilling additional cleaning requirements.
