A few weeks ago we had 3.71 inches of rain fall in 24-hours. My sump pump failed during the night. I called Stay True at 8 am to get some help for my flooded basement. They arrived by 8:45! New sump pump got to work and helped clean up the mess made by the weather. Fairly priced, friendly, quick, and all around great work. Thank you for helping me out during a really rough day!
Called in the morning for toilet repair. Randy arrived a few hours later, assessed the issue and provided a very reasonable quote. I was pleasantly surprised when he said that he had the part and could complete the work if approved. Timing was perfect with upcoming holiday. Will definitely call if we need again in the future.
