First I arrived at the Newark location using the address on the website and found it was closed. No indication on the website. I tried to call and the number is out of service. Then I arrived at the Christiana location at 4:33 on a Thursday, the door says they are open till 6 and I was told they were full for the night because they had 4 people on the list. The screen said 15 min wait time so I'm not sure where they were full an hour and a half before close. I tried to inform them that the Newark location still shows on the website even though it's closed and they all just stared at me like I had the heads. So I walked out and won't be visiting another Sports Clips in the future. In fact, after the issues I've had at the Dover location, I'll be telling everyone I met to STAY AWAY.

At 10am, the big white lady there is absolutely clueless. All I asked for is a hairstyle that's not a fade on the sides and longer on the front. She says "I don't know what you mean" a few times. She even looked confused on how to operate the computer to check in. I showed her a picture and basically she said a scissor cut. No, it's not a scissor cut. I'm usually a customer at the Sports Clips on Churchmans, and I get the same hairstyle almost every time. I left before she could give the haircut cause obviously she was clueless and unprofessional. Then, she lets out a smirk and a laugh. Who does that? Control these employeers on their attitude. I don't know where you get this people from. This 1 is closer to my house, but now I know not to get a haircut over there. Fired that the lady at East Main St's

Lady doesn’t know inches from millimeters…. I asked for 5 inches on top and 7 inches on the sides, the lady confirmed she understood what I was asking for then buzzed my head with the 5mm and 7mm setting on the trimmer instead. All 24 hours before a wedding.

Online checking is worthless. Wait longer than when I walk in. Alesha does a great job, but other folks just wanna argue about scheduler and clipper vs scissors (I insist on scissors). Changed ownership, always changing staff. I will only return when Alesha is working.

Waited to get my haircut for over an hour and I was the only one in the store other than the guy who was was getting his haircut when I walked in... By the time it was my turn the digital check in system had logged me out because the wait was so long it thought that I had never showed up. I was then told there would be an additional wait time because the manager had just quit and a second barber walked out on the job... left after an hour and 15 minutes with no haircut. 10/10 DON'T recommend.
