The technician that came out was super friendly, very knowledgeable and also very helpful. I really didn’t have a huge problem so the process was quick and the technician even educated me on how to keep my drains clean. I would highly recommend and even refer this company to others. This company has exceptional customer service, and communicate well with customers.
We called Roto-Rooter late in the afternoon with an emergency plumbing concern. We’d had a frustrating experience with a different company where we were bounced around an AI answering service until we hung up. Roto-Rooter had us talking to a human being right away and they sent a plumber out within the hour. Kyle, the plumber, was fantastic - very knowledgeable and experienced with old houses. He not only helped us address the emergency problem but also helped diagnose other plumbing problems in our bathroom. It was a great experience all around. We would definitely use Roto-Rootwr Wilmington again.
