Dr. Lim is a great primary care physician! She helped me a lot with the things I was going through and is really a great listener and doctor, getting straight to the point while caring for her patients. However, I am giving 2 stars due to the office. NO MATTER what you try to do, it always goes straight to voice mail. I could not even cancel my appointment without being brought to a voice mail. You leave the voice mail, no one gets back to you. You call right when they open, straight to voice mail. You try to call during the day, still no one picks up. I'm not sure if it's just a problem with the phones or the office people are not picking up, but it's frustrating not...read full review

The only reason for even a 3-star review is the excellent work of Dr. Judy Lim... a compassionate, focused and skilled physician. The administration and front office, by contrast is a disaster. Disorganized, understaffed and slow... disinterested in their patients' time or need for clear and effective service. One very nice middle-aged Jamaican lady is usually at the front desk and answers the phone when you call... a thick accent that makes her all but unintelligible on the phone. Timely service never happens there, no matter what time you visit the office. I've sat waiting most of an hour for an injection... Dr. Lim asked the staff to do it, but they just forgot. Most of the nurses are very nice and capable. The front office is just a mess though. Buyer beware!

The doctors in the office are ok if you can get an appointment. The office staff is not helpful. They don't complete paperwork in a timely fashion or complete it correctly. They don't return phone calls or emails. There is no one in charge. Find another doctors office if you need immediate help.
