Wow. I’m not even sure where to start. I’m relatively new to airsoft. I don’t know whole lot. I’m like a sponge when it comes to information. I had some questions so I decided to reach out to polarstar via the inquiry under the contact section. What happened after I sent that email I never expected. The very next day I had a response. They answered every single question I had. Explained why they gave that answer. But was conscious about not overwhelming me with to much information, but said that if I wanted to know more that would be more than happy to elaborate. Amazing customer service, they reply quickly as well! I will be buying again from polarstar. I recently converted my AEG to HPA with a polarstar jack. I pinched the solenoid wires, and they helped me to figure out what to do! Thank you so much polarstar!
