I'm a new pet owner and this was my first experience at a vet. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions, got my former stray up to date on everything, and showed me care basics. Very grateful for the team at Loving Touch!
My dog was experiencing what I thought was an emergency, our vet couldn’t fit us in until later in the day so I called around and found loving touch, they offered drop in hours where I could take my dog and they would check on her in between scheduled appointments, I really love that they offered that! I also found them to be significantly cheaper than my vet and surrounding vets. They explained everything so throughly and made sure I understood. Everyone was so nice and the office was clean. Great location, Easy to find and easy parking.
This was my first time here, and the staff are soo sweet. They treated my cat with love and tenderness. The Vet explained everything and easy to understand. They even called with the lab results for my Cinnamon.
