Went here a few days ago to do some last minute Christmas shopping and I had a pretty good experience while here. The store was pretty neat and clean too. They have a great selection of clothes and accessories and what not but I will say that the fragrance section is rather small.
Awesome departmental store located in Christiana Mall, DE. Store is fully organized and well maintained. Lot of crowd this Saturday. Customer support people are always nice here. Helped us on various items pricing and locating for us.
Grew up going to jcpenney and this store at the mall has seen better days. Some staff are friendly while others are just ok. Store looks very much the way it did in the 90s. The loss of nike is sad since you could buy nikes for a fraction of the price.
