After having to cancel elsewhere the staff filled mermaid balloons I brought in as well as some from their store. They have a very good selection of party items and they were so helpful with putting the balloons together. And Tanya was so kind to my mother and helped me bring some of the balloons to my SUV. Thank you all so much for helping me with my last minute party put together.
Came to grab last minute party supplies and was genuinely amazed at the variety of supplies they had available! The prices for what we needed (couple banners, party favor supplies, ect) was comparable to if we had gone to a big box store, but the available options were much better than I expected to find. Will definitely be back for future birthdays and events!
Amazing customer service. I was unprepared for how large the balloon towers I ordered would be and needed to get them to a fundraising event. The manager/owner (?) drove to their other store to grab a truck and then dropped them off to the fundraiser for me. Forever grateful for him going above and beyond to ensure his customer was happy.
