If you're wondering whether you should book or not, you absolutely should! Bob and Josh from Coastal Chem-Dry are amazing. They were early, great communicators, kind, and took the time to explain the whole process to me. Best of all, they did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, they look brand new! I will definitely be using them again.

Bob and Josh at Coastal Chem-Dry were absolutely wonderful to work with! Bob gave me a quote over the phone, but when he arrived and saw that one of the upholstered pieces was actually smaller than I had described, he lowered the price. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. They did a fantastic job cleaning all of my upholstery, my area rug, and my wool stair runner. Everything looks brand new! They were on time, friendly, and took the time to make sure every stain was removed. You can really tell they care about doing a great job and making their customers happy. Bob and Josh were phenomenal!!! Great customer service and a job well done. 250 chairs done with a smile. Chairs were dry within 2 hours just like it was explained and no water on the carpet!!! I definitely recommend this company if you want a great experience and amazing personalities? We here at the Church of the Living Word appreciate you guys!
