A few months ago I would of recommended anyone here. Due to high workload and increasing demands I missed appointments. I did my best to keep these but that didn’t matter. This year alone, not only did I have a difficult pregnancy after miscarriage, I lost my grandma, great uncle, mother in law and father in law on top of numerous other challenges that many would more than struggle with. Rather than feeling support, I felt guilty if I couldn’t keep an appointment which is counterproductive to therapy. Anne helped me through so many difficult issues in my life. She is kind, compassionate, funny and extremely supportive. I never would have been able to get through let alone enjoy my last pregnancy if it wasn't for her. Please do not feel ashamed to get the help you need and deserve from this group of amazing people!!
