Mike was very accommodating to my schedule and the whole process went faster then I expected. I called about two weeks ago and the next day we set up time to meet in his showroom. He let me take samples home and that night my wife and I decided on our carpet. Called Mike that night and he placed a hold on it to make sure it would be there. The following Monday I went back to his showroom to sign the contract and he ordered the carpet right away. If I would have been ready for install he would have done it same week but he worked around my schedule and got us on the calendar for the following week. I have dogs...i have had issues with the dogs and carpeting. Mike has always given me affordable options to choose from and has come up with great solutions. For carpet and flooring, Casual Carpets is our #1 choice! Great people, great service and great prices!
