I encourage all parents with very active children to consider karate. Especially, American Karate Studios. Now, I'm not saying they are the best, cause there are so many karate schools out there and being the best is subjective based on experience, cost and atmosphere. My son has been going here since he was 4 and to see him focus his energy, build confidence and discipline is a great joy as a parent. Plus all the friends he has made has really helped his self esteem. The only reason I haven't given them a five is because I have no other karate school to compare them too, and honestly it takes a lot for me to give a 5 star for anything ?.

Our son has been attending classes with Mr. John for almost a year now. What he's learned in class has definitely shown an improvement with his abilities to focus and understand discipline. We recently had his birthday party there and it was so much fun. He even got to cut his birthday cake with a real Katana sword! Definitely his highlight of the party.

My family and I have been attending American Karate Studios for almost 8 months now, and I cannot recommend it enough.
