Barry was our technician today, he is a professional through and through. He is also attentive and experienced. I want him to be our service man from now on. The problem with the fridge is complicated and really worked it out.. thank you Barry, from the sisters

The techs were good today day. This is my third appointment for this service, the first appointment was to troubleshoot, the second the appointment (scheduled) he did not have the right equipment, so it had to be rescheduled for today. In total to have this service, I had to spend 3 days at home. Why can’t you schedule in 4 hour appointment, instead of a full day, from 7-6. Now need I to schedule an appointment for my Fridge, that will mean 2 more days, of waiting. Do something about your SCHEDULE times.
