Maichle’s quickly fixed my AC this summer even though I wasn’t a current customer. Also did a great job cleaning my neglected oil furnace this Fall. Gave some great advice and very professional. I plan to keep using them for yearly maintenance.
We have used Maichle’e heating and air conditioning to replace our heating system cooling system and water heater. Recently we had an issue with a leaking kitchen faucet. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they also work with plumbing. They did an excellent job and were very quick to respond and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company.
I initially chose Maichle’s because I wanted a second opinion on a certain heavily advertised HVAC firm's diagnosis of a cracked heat exchanger in my downstairs gas furnace. Maichle’s guy ran the same test with a live camera, confirmed that there wasn't a crack and double-checked the result by doing a CO test on the system. With that sense of trust established, I hired them to replace the upstairs system as the second condenser out back had indeed died. We compared the options and went with Mitsubishi mini-splits.
