Bill is awesome. Our store picks up products at his location. Never have had any issues. He communicates well and will be ready for you if you tell him that you’re coming ahead of time.
Bill has awesome customer service and is very helpful. He helped me pick out my flooring and had a lot of knowledge about flooring. The product was very quick at getting in, very pleased all the way around. I wish I could give 100 stars for the excellence customer service.
