We called Jem 5 years ago after having another company come charge our AC, for 250 dollars, for it to only cool the house for 24 hours. I attempted to call that same company during working hours and left a message. I never received a call back. At that point I looked on line for another company. Enter, Jem Comfort air. They came out the same day even though it was past office hours. They charged it and informed us we needed anew unit. Within 36 hours we had a new unit and the fee for charging the old one was applied to the cost of the new unit. They also installed a heat pump at my sons house. Then we had problems last night. One of the most pleasurable companies I have worked with since moving to Delaware. Prices are very fair and customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend Mr.Scott to anyone.
