He was fantastic. I had assumed that the inspections was designed just to create things that were “wrong” in an attempt to create business. But Dylan was fast, thorough, and didn’t create any must do work for us.
In addition, we had a toilet that he adjusted so that it wouldn’t keep flowing.
Awesome job! Our FhFurr member, Dylan, was super knowledgeable about our water heater and gave us good recommendations. He came back next day and did an install and everything has been working great. He was pretty quick! Great customer service! Thank you
John was here this morning to check on the status of both our HVAC units, following a Delmarva power surge that occurred while we were away in Colorado, and which damaged the HVAC units of many of our neighbors in this community. He was efficient, skillful and polite. He discovered that one of our blowers had stopped functioning, but probably not as a result of the power surge, and he placed an order for both the blower and its circuit board. John was a clear communicator and we very much appreciated his skill.
