They were the first company that looked at replacing my entire electrical service with confidence since the existing old service was a disaster. Not an easy task. Jeff and his coworker consolidated all the sub panels and completed the work for a fair competitive price with the utmost respect for our property and our schedule.Jeff explained the process so that we could coordinate the inconvenience of being without power for a short period of time. Jeff was honest enough to reimburse us for a portion of the work that he ended up not needing to do which was a situation where he very well could have legally kept the extra money as the contract stated. We would highly recommend Conductive for anyone looking for a reputable,well mannered, fully capable and respectable team!!“

“No show, no call for noon appointment made two week prior. I called at 2pm to find out what happened to which they said they’d find out and call me back. They didn’t call back as of 4:30pm. Heard good things about this company but so far am disappointed, mainly because I need the work done quickly.Update: the electrician was reassigned my job the next morning and got right on it. The boss called the next morning as well to apologize for the mix up. The electrician did all the work prescribed and for one he even went above and beyond to make sure the result of his job made sense rather than just “fix it”. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. Things happen in offices, so I’ll likely call them again should the need arise.“
