For unexpectedly having to replace our entire water system, this was as painless a process as we could’ve ever asked for. Steven was a phenomenal technician, so personable and knowledgeable, and we felt both seen and validated with every word he spoke.
I am SO glad this was *literally* the first call we made to get this issue resolved. 12/10!!
Also, the cat and fantasy football conversations were just ??. We hope Winchester, aka Kit Kat, and his lovely canine friend whose name escapes us (it’s been a looooong day), go forth and prosper, and live long, healthy, amazing lives.

Fantastic experience with Done Right Today! They came and solved my two toilet problems quickly and Sean was able to explain what the problems could be, how to potentially avoid them and also how to resolve them. He was very professional and easy to work with. Thank you!!!

I called Done Right Plumbing when I found a leak in my kitchen, and they were able to get me scheduled for the very next day. The receptionists were wonderful—friendly, professional, and very helpful in getting everything arranged quickly. Sean even arrived earlier than expected, which I appreciated. He was polite, respectful of my property, and thorough in his work. He didn’t just stop at the kitchen—he checked the bathroom, laundry room, utility closet, and sink before finally finding the source of the leak behind the dishwasher. I truly respected the effort he put into diagnosing the problem.
