I recently needed service from Budget Rooter Plumbing Services because I discovered a leak in my sewer line. I wanted experienced professionals to evaluate the situation and recommend the best solution.
I called the evening before, around 5:30 PM, and the gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and professional. He scheduled a technician to arrive the following morning between 9:00 and 11:00 AM. At exactly 9:00 AM, the office called to let me know the technician was about an hour away, which I greatly appreciated.

We have been very happy with the help and service we always get from Budget Rooter, and today was no exception. Dennis Adams replaced our basement toilet, and installed a new, much more efficient one for us. He was great to work with...he communicated all that he was doing, and showed us all we needed to know...and he left the bathroom spotless! I highly appreciate and recommend his help!
Matt and Ryan did an excellent job replacing my bathroom shower unit. The work required changing out piping and what a beautiful job they did. Wasn't an easy job but they did great. Thank you!
