Unfortunately, I was given poor service. Nurse Jasmine Walker neglected my son and he fell out of bed, causing him a slight injury. And because he speaks Spanish, they did not give me the best treatment possible.

Been with this company for 7 years. Office workers are very unorganized and disrespectful. For the pass year and half I been having multiple problems with scheduling and nurses calling out last minute. They do not take COVID seriously. Do not require their nurses to get tested like other health care providers. I have 8 different nurses coming to my house. When I inform my scheduler that’s I have to many people coming already. Her response we unbelievable. She says no one will work that full shift. On another occasion When I return back to work. They call me the day before that I can not get nursing tell Friday & then tell the nurses I cancel the shift. Currently... read full review
