This was the worst service I’ve ever received. He didn’t clean anything. He never did the wood works we discussed, nor windows and didn’t have any cleaning products, just vinegar and water. I had to go behind him and clean up on my own. I would NOT recommend this service. Don’t even waste your money on the Groupon, he will say he doesn’t honor it. It’s a rip off.

Negative star I purchased a 4 hour cleaning. When Angelo arrived he suggested breaking my cleaning into two sessions due to the size of what I wanted cleaned. Did a great job the first time. Was incredibly disappointed for the second round. HE TOTALLY GHOSTED ME. Didn't even have enough courage or courtesy to return a single text or phone call. Totally unprofessional in the sole fact he can't communicate like an adult. A simple call or text...any acknowledgement would have been appreciated. I do not recommend him.

STAY AWAY. Extremely bad experience with this company. I had an engagement party being held at my house on Dec 10th and had contacted Angelo on Oct 26th and scheduled an appointment for Nov 15th. He called me the afternoon of nov 15th to reschedule as he had been in an accident and gave me the first available appt of Dec 26th!! As this was for a very special occasion, I followed up for 2 days and eventually arranged for the only other date Angelo could offer, Dec 8th. I was going to be in CA at the time and told him so but asked my sister’s mother-in-law to come down to the house and help. She had to rearrange her day as she was going to DC later in the day. On the morning of dec 8th I received a text at 8a (5a in CA) that gave me a 30min window to confirm or he would cancel my appt. I called him at 10:15a (my mother in law had been waiting at the house since 9:45a) and he told me that he was not going to come and I need to reschedule or ask Groupon for a refund. No sweat off his back I guess. Moral of the story - I wasted time from oct 26th with this guy trying to get someone out here to clean for almost 2 months and have learned my lesson. Go with Merry Maids or some other reputable service who can actually get the job done!
