The only issue I had was a schedule conflict. I was told someone would be at my residence between 7:30 and 9:30, they finally showed up around 2:30. The schedule issue was within the office, not the installers. The guys, Noah and Trafton, did a great job. The work was great. I highly recommend the company. There product is better than the competition not to mention that the pricing was better. I wasn't pressured into anything and was even given suggestions about my project to save myself money and time.
We had Crawl Space Ninja put in a French drain using the Hydraway system. We had the traditional black pipe French drain but it couldn't take care of the water flow. We also had them take our downspouts and run them into the ground and out away from the house by about 10'. Adam, Trafton and Ethan did a great professional job. They arrived on time in the morning and completed the job by mid afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves, filled in the ditch, sewed grass seed and covered it all with straw. We're very pleased with their work.
Max was at our house for 4 days, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the encapsulation to our crawl space. We asked numerous questions throughout the process and he didn’t hesitate to take the time out and explain everything.
What a difference it looks!!
