Prior to that call, one person assured me they would hold a specific date for my cleaning, until I received a call from the owners to respond to my questions, and they failed to do that. I had to find a new date. Persistence on my part was the only reason this got scheduled. In the end I was happy with outcome but they have to improve their response rate to messages and/or, make the online form more succinct and increase the word limit in the comment section. When I tried to write notes to cover the options not given on the form, I couldn’t complete my paragraph with all the details. At least add “Deep Cleaning” as a choice on the form and explain what that covers and how much it costs.“
