The team did a fantastic job for a deep cleaning that we requested. Very thorough and expedient. We have used Sandy’s Surfaces before, and would recommend to friends. But, it was highly frustrating trying to schedule the cleaning. Their online form was vague and did not pinpoint details of what I needed. I called four times with specific questions and my messages were not answered. I was about to give up, but finally reached a person who was helpful in my scheduling.
