“This is Jen with Best Cut Barbershop, I want to address a couple of recent reviews by Hailey Mitchell and Lexi R that have been posted about me.
First, neither person has ever been in our shop.
Second, I take my work and the trust my clients place in me very seriously. All claims about me are completely untrue. The claims suggesting that I was under the influence or behaving unprofessionally during an appointment are completely false. I do not drink or use substances while working, and I would never compromise a client’s comfort or safety.

For years I’ve focused on providing a respectful, attentive experience for everyone who sits in my chair. I stand behind the quality of my work and the professionalism I bring to the shop every day.

I’m grateful for the many clients who continue to support me and who know firsthand the care and attention I put into every haircut.
