I received a. very intense exam with full explanations of everything, unlike what I’ve received in other offices. EVERYBODY IN THE OFFICE IS. VERY SWEET, HELPFUL AND CARING. WOILD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Dr. Schwartz was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Took time to explain things in detail. They had some cancellations and got me in right away. So, if you're in a hurry, don't be afraid to call and ask about cancellations. Been a customer for several years. No pressure to buy glasses there, but they are available.

I had my annual appointment yesterday September 9, 2024. I've been a patient for 3-4 years. I didn't receive the pleasant greetings by front staff as I have in the past. I was not greeted by the front desk registrar who did my registration. After I said hi to her, the greeting I received was "I need to see your photo ID." The Technician and Dr both greeted me pleasantly, was kind as they explained each test in detail. I was very pleased with their service to me. I was then directed to the front technician to order my new glasses. I pleasantly said "hi again" because she has serviced me before. She didn't show me a pleasant attitude. She did all the required measurements and placed my order.

My husband and I had appointments a week apart. They called to confirm mine which was first. I told them husband would go first because he was having problems with his glasses. After being on hold for a long time, she said they were switched. He was seen. So I got an email to confirm my appointment and I did. So I show up today for that appointment and they said it was cancelled. And they were booked full. Someone there is too incompetent to do their job. I'm not running back for another appointment, I'll just skip it this year. They could care less.

Very friendly and knowledgable. Exam was thorough and doctor explained everything in detail, as well as sending me to a specialist for 2 things a prior doctor had missed. Highly recommend.

After sitting in traffic for 1 1/2 hours I arrived 27 minutes late for my yearly exam. I have been a patient for several years Although the place was empty I was told that that they would squeeze me in after the other appointments so it would be a significant wait. Due to a recent knee injury sitting for any length of time is very uncomfortable. I would have hoped they cared more about their patients Obviously not!
