I have been a patient of the Long Neck office for over 2 years. I called yesterday and asked for an emergency appointment to address some sudden, unexpected visual disturbances. I was so pleased that they could fit me in within 3 hours of my call. Scans were done, and Dr. Nguyen saw me promptly. She listened attentively to my description of the problem, examined my eyes, then studied the scans. It turned out not to be a major problem. I respect all the doctors in this practice, and was very pleased that they would fit me in on very short notice, then addressed my symptoms in a thorough manner.
Best place for those beautiful eyes of yours. The staff is excellent. Love my tech, very professional and makes me feel secure and part of the process. My doctor takes her time to explain the procedure and afterwards explains the why and how my eyes work. I am very happy with Long Neck SEC. They have a new location in Lewes as well.
